Desirous people send their application along with a Provisional certificate from the Principal of the Medical College concerned, copies of CNIC, domicile, Educational certificate, Declaration on Affidavit, training certificates, 3x recent passport size photographs, and Experience certificate through courier within 15 days after the publication of the advertisement. 2. In-service employees should apply through proper channels and submit NOC at the time of the interview.
3. Moreover, applications received after the due date shall not be entertained. Applications with incomplete information shall not acceptable by the department. The eligible individual shall bring their original documents at the time of the interview.
4. Only the candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria may apply. An individual can be disqualified at any stage of the selection process if he/she provides false and fake information.
